There are many people who goes to dentist once in an year to clean there teeth.Doctor clean your teeth .When you go to doctor to clean your teeth it is expensive.There are some simple ways to clean your teeth at home .

Ingredients  

Baking soda ,tooth brush ,hydrogen peroxide ,salt water,dental pic and antiseptic mouth wash .

How to use 

Mix one teaspoon backing soda and half teaspoon salt together .Past it on your tooth brush and brush your teeth .Do it for five mins continuously and then spit it out .

Mix one cup of hydrogen  peroxide with half cup of hot water .Pour this mixture in to you mouth and let it to go through all over your mouth and then spit it out .After doing this clean your mouth with pure water .

After this clean the dirty in your teeth with dental pic and later clean mouth with mouth wash .

You can do it two days continuously and it will give the result as same as cleaning your mouth .

2, Strawberry and tomato is good for health and colour of your teeth .You can scrub with these on your teeth directly.

later clean your mouth with hot water .If you use salt water it will give better result .You can use orange ,papaya ,lemon and other berries in the same way .

3,If you eat swiss cheese or cheddar cheese before food it will help to avoid sticking of food on your teeth .

4,Every day before going to bed scrub with orange peel on your teeth .Not to wash it out till morning .Doing this will help to avoid bacteria and fungous attack in the mouth .

5,Brush your teeth minimum twice in a day .
