How to avoid  dryness of lips.


You may be using scrub , face pack or creams  to avoid the dryness of the lips. But before using these things it is good to think about the food habits. Some foods increase wetness and elasticity to the skin and also having strength to cure some diseases .
Eating cucumber regularly  is good to maintain the wetness of the lips. It contains the silicone which has the ability  to maintain the elasticity of the skin.

Parrot fish.

The parrot fish produces the omega 3 fatty acid. It contains anti inflammatory items which helps to avoid  dryness. The selenium which is present in parrot fish has the ability to removes the toxins in the skin and keep skin young.

Flax seed.

The flax seed  is rich with omega 3 fatty acid and it helps to maintain the wetness of the skin in a natural way.It also repair damage of the cells and helps to prevent the lips dryness by omega 3 fatty acid.

Vitamin C.

When our body is rich with Vitamin c it produces collagen by which it helps to maintain smoothness of the skin , So include leafy foods and broccoli  in daily  food.

Drink Water.

Drinking 8-19 glasses of water helps maintain the hydration level  of our body. Water helps to maintain the health, softness and freshness of  our lips.
